These policies cover the logistical side of my work — how sessions are booked, delivered, and managed. They exist to keep my space clear, professional, and energetically aligned.
I provide readings through:

Voice note (delivered via email)
These are the only formats I offer.
Booking Safety & Authenticity
I will never message you privately to offer a reading.
I will never DM you asking you to book.
I will never reach out requesting payment.
The only way to book with me is through my official website.
Please stay mindful and aware of impersonators.
I am highly protected, and pretending to be me or misusing my content carries energetic repercussions.
Honor the work.

Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked through my Appointments page.
Payment is required upfront to secure your session.
No same-day or emergency bookings.
You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds & Chargebacks
All sales are final. Missed sessions are forfeited, and no refunds are offered for completed readings or late arrivals.
Chargebacks are not allowed. Booking a session means you agree to the policies, the energetic exchange, and the delivery process. Attempting a chargeback violates the container and the agreement you entered.
I honor every reading with full presence, clarity, and integrity — and I expect the same in return.
What is meant for you will reach you.
What is not aligned will fall away.
Late Arrivals & Grace Window
A short grace period is offered for late arrivals. If there has been no contact within 15 minutes, the session is considered missed and you will need to rebook.
Pricing & Transformation Exchange
What you are paying for is the transformation, not just the delivery method. This work is energetic, intuitive, and identity-level — and every session receives full presence.
Transformation requires openness, honesty, integration, and responsibility. The work cannot be done for you — only guidance into what your soul is ready to see.
This is a collaborative exchange, not a passive service.
Choosing the Right Reading & Session Depth
If you're unsure which reading or session is best for you, reach out and a plan will be created that fits your energy and your situation.
Some situations clear in one session. Others require multiple sessions. It is always case-by-case.
Extra sessions will never be recommended unless your energy genuinely calls for it.
Energy Work & Delivery Flexibility
Energy work is layered and intentional. Because every reading and call receives the full presence it deserves, delivery times may shift depending on the energetic volume being worked through.
If the energy is aligned, your reading may go out the same day.
If the energy needs more space, that will be honored.
If there is ever a delay, you will be notified.

Donations & Support
